Synopsis

Christmas Refugees is a poignant musical that follows the journey of a young Syrian boy named Omar and his family as they navigate life in a refugee camp in Lebanon during the Christmas season. Despite the challenges they face, Omar's fascination with the story of Jesus and the three wise men inspires hope for a better future. As Christmas approaches, the family participates in a heart-warming Christmas play organised by fellow refugees, with Omar taking on the role of one of the wise men. Through the power of music and storytelling, the play brings a sense of joy and optimism to Omar and his family. The musical beautifully portrays the resilience of refugees and the significance of hope, faith, and community in the face of adversity. Refugees Christmas serves as a touching reminder of the true spirit of Christmas and the importance of empathy and support for those in need.
